Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you use our website or engage our services.

Last updated: August 19, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the https://www.autonomax.site website and any consulting, analysis, research, concept design, technical documentation, pilot support, or prototype-development services provided by Autonomax, operated by Muhammad Mursaleen as a 個人事業主 (Sole Proprietor). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Services

Autonomax provides AI traffic data analysis, traffic video and sensor-data analysis, mobility safety analytics, smart-mobility concept design, technical documentation, research and pilot support, and AI, computer vision, edge-AI, and mobility prototype development.

Autonomax does not operate transport services, and does not provide medical, financial, legal, insurance, policing, surveillance, or safety-certification services. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as such.

2. Scope, Proposals, and Statements of Work

Specific deliverables, timelines, and any performance commitments beyond the services and prices published on this website apply only to the extent set out in a written proposal, statement of work, or invoice agreed between the parties. These Terms apply in addition to, and do not replace, any such written agreement.

3. Deliverables, AI Outputs, and No Guarantees

Reports, analyses, AI outputs, traffic and safety analytics, prototypes, and recommendations provided by us are decision-support and professional consulting materials. Prototype work may be exploratory or proof-of-concept in nature and is not automatically a production-ready system unless expressly agreed in a written project contract.

Except where expressly agreed in a written project contract, we do not guarantee safety outcomes, the accuracy of traffic or video analysis, specific business results, system performance, or regulatory approval.

The client remains responsible for its own operational, engineering, safety, privacy, legal, regulatory, and deployment decisions, including any decision to deploy, certify, commercialize, or otherwise rely on a prototype, analysis, or recommendation in a real-world setting.

4. Customer Responsibilities and Cooperation

The client is responsible for having the appropriate legal authority, notices, consents, and permissions in place before providing video, sensor, vehicle, GPS, or personal data to us, and for providing timely information and cooperation reasonably needed for us to deliver the engagement.

5. Fees, Payment, and Taxes

Fixed prices are shown on our product and checkout pages where applicable: AI Mobility Consultation — ¥30,000; Intelligent System Architecture Reviews — ¥50,000; Smart Mobility Technical Report — ¥80,000; Custom Project Consultation — ¥120,000; Community Membership (Lifetime) — ¥2,500. All prices are in Japanese Yen (JPY). Where a price is not published, it is individually quoted through a proposal, statement of work, or invoice before work begins.

We accept payment by credit/debit card (via Stripe), Google Pay (via Stripe, where available), PayPal (once enabled), bank transfer, or invoice, as offered at checkout or in a proposal. The client is responsible for any taxes applicable to the client's own business. Invoices are due as stated in the relevant proposal, agreement, or invoice; we may suspend further work on overdue accounts until payment is received.

6. Intellectual Property

Autonomax retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, tools, templates, software, know-how, and reusable components, whether or not used in a given engagement. Ownership of, and any licence to, deliverables produced for a specific engagement is governed by the applicable proposal, statement of work, or invoice.

7. Confidentiality

We treat client project information as confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

8. Cancellation, Refunds, and Remedies

Cancellation, refund, and service-remedy terms are set out in our Refund, Cancellation, and Service Remedy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability arising from these Terms or any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Suspension and Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement for material breach that is not remedied within a reasonable period after notice. On termination, fees for work already performed, approved work in progress, and approved third-party costs remain payable.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith discussion between the parties; if unresolved, the matter is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Japan, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the laws of your country of residence.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
